HP Workstation Z240 waking up from Sleep issue Windows 10

If you are you are currently using Windows 10 in legacy mode with the latest drivers and latest bios. With the latest Ethernet Drivers (from 2017). Try the following fix.
- Start Button
- Type Control panel and click on Control Panel
- Goto Network and Sharing Center
- Goto Network Connections
- Right click on the Ethernet Adapter and select Properties
- Click on Configure...
- Click on the Advanced Tab
- Find Energy Efficient Ethernet and turn it Off
- Start Button
- Type Control panel and click on Control Panel
- Goto Power options
- Goto Choose what the power buttons do
- Find Turn on fast startup. and turn it Off
