VAlinks 6 Channel External Sound Card 5 Optical S/PDIF Fix

To get the S/PDIF (optical out) to work you have to goto Cmedua's Website and get the drivers.
1) https://www.cmedia.com.tw/support
2) Click on Download Center
3) Find CM6206-LX and Download the Windows 8 VER 1.04 Uploaded on 2016-05-05 (yes it will work on windows 10)
4) Install the Drivers
5) Reboot and ENJOY
